Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk Not Allowed To See Her Lawyer Again

For four months, the lawyer is not allowed to meet with the European Belarus activist Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk, although she had long ago written a statement to this effect.

Palina's husband Andrei Sharenda said on Facebook that on April 15, the lawyer once again tried to get to the political prisoner, but was denied.

Already four months the lawyer is not allowed to meet with Palina, although she has long since written the appropriate application for this.

We remind you, Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk was sentenced to two years in prison.

The activist of the European Belarus civil campaign is now in the colony in the urban village of Zarechcha (Homel region). A fortnight ago she was allowed a lawyer. But the lawyer gave an undertaking of non-disclosure. Palina is in complete isolation. Palina's health has deteriorated badly in the colony.
