Yesterday morning almost ended in tragedy not only for Edgars Rinkēvičs, but also for the whole of Latvia. The President of Latvia was almost hit at a pedestrian crossing, press.lv reports.

The incident was reported on X by its direct participant - the head of the news service of the Latvian Radio Uģis Lībietis, accusing Rinkēvičs of inattention.
