The trial over Artur Finkevich lasted unusually long and was very slow. Despite of a bad physical and psychological condition, when an ambulance had been called in to him, and injections made, judge Natallya Krashkina decided not to postpone the sitting of the court, though Artur asked about that 2 times, but she questioned the Young Front member with greater cruelty.
Надо постоянно опубликовывать адреса проживания таких подлецов ( "судзьдзя" Натальля Крашкіна и всяких прочих, в том числе лжесвидетелей из ОМОНа), их жен, детей и родственников, места учебы и т. п. ПУСТЬ БОЯТСЯ ЗА СВОЮ И ИХ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ. А к каждому приставить своих отморозков - сами понимают, что на всех не хватит. Может, это заставит их задуматься, чему они помогают (мне приказали, я и выполнил). Народ должен знать своих героев и их родню тоже.

Лукашистов надо приравнять к полицаям, и после нашей победы применить к ним адекватные меры наказания.
ReplyОднозначно должен быть введен для них пожизненный запрет занимать любые государственные должности. Кроме других мер наказания, соразмерных их преступной деятельности.
Отмена всех льгот для них пожизненно и социальная пенсия в старости. Либо более гуманно - отнять из стажа NN лет работы на диктатора.
Народ это воспримет на УРА. После отмены регулярной промывки мозгов в СМИ местными пропагандонами , народ быстро осознает реальное положение дел в стране.

Я вот по этому поводу думаю, что ты мало того, что пытаешься спровоцировать людей на противоправный поступок, так еще и хочешь подставить кого-то - какой - нибудь недоумок позвонит, зажопят его по голосу, а ты отчет представишь о проделанной работе?

Is Natallya Krashkina an international case for justice crime?
"Artur Finkevich is an Belarussian court case, which belongs without any doubt to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belarus. but the judge Krashkina has become a law case with an international dimension. We are going to appeal to the political authorities in Austria and the EU for immediate and consequent actions to solve this question.
Is blacklisting another form of prejudgement?
Natallya Krashkina applied for this form of moral evaluation and if she fulfills the required qualificatons for to be blacklisted in the EU, why not? Here case must become an international question and there must be an international solution. There must be a clear answer of the EU on unethical behaving, especially on authorities which represent the judiciary of Belarus und who act face to face with citizens. It makes no sense, when the commanders-in-chief of Natallya Krashkina are blacklisted - and she is allowed to go shopping in Europe with bloody money, completely untroubled, while her victims are locked behind bars.
A lowranked, but blacklisted judge would be a forceful sign for all judges in Belarus. I am convinced, sooner or later the case Krashkina will bejuridically solved by authorities in Belarus. Until then she should receive moral sanctions. I hardly can imagine that Natallya Krashkina will remain as a judge for longer than five, maybe ten years. The times, they are a-changin' - also in Belarus, but the name Krashkina will be not forgotten in such a short period, it will remain in the history of her motherland.
How could the EU support Artur Finkevich?
There is one central person in the EU, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, the EU Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy. In Minsk I saw her smiling out from wonderful high gloss EU-leaflets promoting European values. Now she missed the chance for to proof the citizens in Belarus an evidence, how she defends European values. She is once more late, in the case of Belarus she was always belated. I am very sorry for my compatriot for to criticise her, but her reaction is absolutely not creditable, three weeks passed by since Artur Finkevich was sentenced and Misses Ferrero-Waldner remained completely silent.
What means this sign on your T-Shirt?
It should be the letter "K". Sorry, I was in a hurry. Anyway, the letter ist the synonym for the violation of human rights in Belarus by a representative of judiciary. Whenever you will see the letter "K" sprayed or painted on a wall in Belarus, you will read "Krashkina" and everybody will know, for what this "K" is standing for. I hope, there will appear millions of such K's - small ones, huge ones, funny ones, on T-shirts like this and on baseball caps. I hope, myriads of K's will welcome Artur Finkewich, when he will be released. One K each day! It will become a collective artwork of protest, and this protest shall end when the last political prisoner of Belarus is set free. It will be an creative attraction!
