Да это все понятно умным людям, режимы подобные нашим живут за счет природной ренты, и появляются именно там где нет культуры, а нооборот дохрена ресурсов (по принципу зачем свободный рынок если и так сойдет чтоб платить пенсии хоть какие-то).
В этом свете вспоминается пикет БРСМ у рос. пос-во с лозунгами "Газпром не сади нас на газовую иглу!". Вы прикиньте как выкрутили ***, хотя должны были написать "Газпром не снимай нас с газовой иглы"
