the economy if Belarus is modern slavery system, salaries which are paid by state are the lowest in Europe, and the payment is done with a currency which in not convertible, e.g. the Belarussian Rubel is not a currency which is accepted abroad. the economy system of Lukashenko could only survive unti now by exploiting the working power. the great political promises of the past are forgotten, meanwhile the budget of Belarus depends completely on credits in convertible currencies, which are given from foreign economies like Russia. there is no transparency about these criticlal practises of the government, but covering the truth leads to the conclusion, that the situation is much worse than it looks like. Mr. Lukashenko is the head of this system - citizens of Belarus have a right to get the information about the actual budget deficit and how the government would like to balance it.
