How Lukashenko studied money management from Chinese

Extravaganza public speeches delivered by Alexander Lukashenko are increasing with the escalation of a country crisis.

In less than three days after the end of the five-hour press-conference the so called president already delivered a “solo performance” for Director General of the Financial Market Department of the People’s Bank of China Xie Duo, reports “Interfax West”.

“Chinese experts were set a task to assess the country’s current state of affairs. I asked them to voice their opinions and suggest ways out of that plight. Asked them to assess our ways out of the existing plight, but the main thing – to recommend us a type of a future strategy in the money market, in particular – the State Bank operation”, - Lukashenko stated during a visit of the Chinese official.

“According to my reports, Chinese experts have answers to each of those questions”, - noted the regent.

At the beginning of the visit Lukashenko said that he “a month ago in view of arising complications in the foreign exchange and commodity markets heeded not only members’ of the government and the State Bank recommendations how to regain control over the situation”.

“But also cooperated with Russians, leading international banks, heeded their evaluations and suggestions. But the most important for me was that I worked with Chinese experts, representatives of the People’s Bank of China”, - noted Lukashenko. “Then I consulted my friend, the president of the People’s Republic of China, the government of China and the management of People’s Bank of China, asked to send us experts to tell us about the system of financial management which established in China”, - said Lukashenko.

“We know that Americans aren’t much fond of it, that it’s not a special system, but it’s very efficient and enables China to solve any issue. We are very interested in it”, - noted the self-appointed president.

According to his words “experts have completed their tenure, I have wonderful reviews and today I’d like to hear their comments on the state of affairs”, - noted A. Lukashenko. “I’m very glad that a lot of my opinions and those of Chinese experts coincide”.

Addressing the Chinese party, A. Lukashenko asked to “sincerely thank the People’s Republic of China government and the People’s Bank of China for the prompt respond to my request”. A. Lukashenko also thanked the Chinese experts for their work in Belarus. “Such honest and responsible people haven’t visited us before”, - stated he.
