Criminal case opened against Mozyr oil refinery director

The director of Mozyr Oil Refinery Plus JSC is charged with illegal use of labour of his company's employees.

The Mozyr district department of the State Control Committee found facts of abuse of power for own interests contrary to the interests of the company.

The director has been using his subordinates to perform repair works at his private house during their working hours for the last two years. The labour payments and transportation expenses were paid from the company funds. As a result Mozyr Oil Refinery Plus suffered damage of 31mn Belarusian rubles.

The above mentioned sum was fully compensated by the company director during the inquiry.

The Mozyr district department of the State Control Committee is reported by its press service to have opened a criminal case against the company top official.
