The IC confirmed: judge Vashchilin arrested in Svetlogorsk

Criminal case on bribery was initiated against Vital Vashchilin, the judge of Svetlogorsk district court (Gomel region).

This was reported to the agency "Interfax-West" on Thursday, at the Investigation Committee of Belarus.

"Against V.Vaschilin was  initiated a criminal case under Part 3, Art. 430 "Bribe", restrictive measure in the form of detention has been applied", - reported in the IC.

Recall, as website charter97.org reported yesterday, presumably, judge Vashchilin is a relative of Prosecutor General of Belarus Aliaxandar Kanyukou.
