Bakiyev’s henchman with BY passport has been detained in Kazakhstan

The former director of Gosmatrezervi of Kyrgyzstan Payzulla Rakhmanov is In the detention center of Taraz.

This was reported by Novosti-Kazakhstan, citing an officer of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.

Payzulla Rakhmanov was detained in the village Kordai in Kazakhstan on June 15 during a search operation of the officers of the main department of criminal Investigations and Kordai police department of Zhambyl region.

The Ex-director of Gosmatrezervi is wanted by the Financial Police for "holding illegal inspections by official of a state supervisory institution". He faces a sentence of up to 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.

"During the arrest Rakhmanov showed a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus on the name of Pazyl Tashbaev, born in 1955, native of Almaty. The passoprt is issued in 2011 by Pervomaiskii district office of internal affairs", – was told in the briefing. According to the police, the detainee is in the jail of Taraz.

The former president, his brother, and his close associates, who are internationally wanted for tortures and murders, were welcomed by Lukashenka. Now, Kurmanbek Bakiyev has got political asylum, and his brother Zhanybek Bakiyev safely walks Minsk streets.
