New job only with letter of recommendation

The authorities propose to intirduce new rules of hiring.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka said during his visit to keramin factory that the hiring system should be improved. He said the possibility compulsory recommendation letters for employment was being discussed.

“Many people don't work properly. They think the president will make the employer pay wages while they will smoke and come to work drunk. We will improve the rules of hiring people,” Lukashenka said.

The ruler thinks the practice of recommendation letters from previous employers should be revived. “We need order here,” he said demanding to complete the transition to the employment agreement system. “All must have employment agreements, but we still have many people working without agreements,” Lukashenka said.

“The main thing is production,” he emphasised. “There's no democracy here on the plant. There must be strict dictatorship of those buying your products,” Lukashenka said.

“We must bring order to the process of hiring people and transition from one job to another in the near future. The entire world does it,” he said.
