MES’ employees have been forbidden to criticize their superiors

The Ministry for Emergency Situations has introduced a new contract template for their employees.

One of the paragraphs of the document obviously aims to shut up all the discontented, Narodnaja Vola reports.

In particular, the document provides that “publishing, disseminating trough media, including the internet, information, which discredits state agencies and their heads” is a reason for a pre-term cancellation of the contract with an employee. In other words, the rescuers are now unambiguously told: “Not a word of criticism”.

At the same time, the same document states that if a MES’ employee turns out to be, for example, a junkie, alcoholic or an inhalants addict, then this would only be a reason for a pre-term cancellation of the contract only in the case if such a person shows up at work under the influence. Out of work it is allowed. The main thing is not to drive.

We would note that in Belarus one may lose job for criticizing even lower level administration. For example, several days ago a worker of Slonim’s battery farm Viktar Marchyk was fired for openly standing up for the rights of the workers of the farm and criticizing the director for bad management.
