Court forged defendant’s signature in Slutsk

Officials of the city court in Slutsk forged the signature of an entrepreneur, who is a defendant in a civil court’s proceeding.

“My name is Sciapan Jafimchyk. I am an entrepreneur. I participated as a defendant in a civil law court’s proceeding. The essence of the case is that the plaintiff addresses the public organizations Slutsk’s association for consumer rights protection claiming that allegedly I had provided law quality car repair service. The case was later sent to court. Apart from the violation of procedural norms in this case, officials of Slutsk’s city court forged my signature on a post-office notification, which was used for passing a decision not in my favor”, - the told.

On 8 June 2012 the court made a decision that the defendant was to pay penalties, compensations, fines and duties in the general amount of 15 209 200 roubles.

“Had not they used a counterfeit documents, everything could have been different”, - Sciapan Jafimchyk is convinced.
