Uladzimir Puhach: Death penalty doesn't guarantee decrease in crime

The leader of J:Mors band joined the campaign “Human rights activists against the death penalty”.

Uladzimir Puhach took part in the programme of Viasna human rights centre “Rock for human rights”. The leader of the popular musical group and human rights defender Valiantsin Stefanovich discussed the problem of using the death penalty in Belarus and changing public attitude toward it.
