They have the same every year...

From a report on the government's website, December 26, 2013:

“Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Miasnikovich wished Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to patients of Minsk Children’s Hospital No. 3 as part of the Our Children charity campaign. The prime minister couldn't visit the children empty-handed and brought the hospital a TV set. Small patients can now watch their favourite shows. The PM also brought sweets.”

… and Resolution No. 1134 of the Council Of Ministers of December 24 “On Giving Sponsor Support to Minsk Children’s Hospital No. 3”.

From the news on the government's website on December 28, 2012:

“The Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Miasnikovich visited Orphanage No. 6 in Minsk on December 28 as part of the New Year's charity campaign Our Children. He wished Happy New Year to children and gave them sweets, sports balls and a TV set.”

… and Resolution No. 1266 of the Council Of Minister of December 30, 2012 “On Giving Sponsor Support to Orphanage No. 6 in Minsk”.

They have the same every year:

“Heads of the republican state administration bodies shall take part in the charity campaign Our Children and visit orphanages, adoptive families, children's hospitals to wish Happy New Year and Merry Christmas, give presents and help to solve problems in accordance with the law…” the resolution of the Council of Ministers “On Holding the New Year's Charity Campaign Our Children”.
