In such a way the militia set themselves right with Paval Yuhnevich detainment till the trial 19 October.

I don’t think it will be good for the authorities, because on the eve of the Belarusian default which can occur in the near future, there’ll be nobody to defend the authorities. And the arrests of organizers of the European March and the audience of the “Free Theater” reveal authorities’ abnormal and unwise behaviour,” Nikolai Khalezin told press-center of Charter’97.

    Democratic activist Paval Yuhnevich was not released today from the remand jail in Akrestin Street, where he had served 10 days of arrest for the preparation of the European March. From the remand jail he was guarded to Central District court of Minsk. For his presence on the “Free Theatre” performance a report was drawn up against him for allegedly “using obscene language”.
