By the entrance to the Kastrychnitskaya subway station, close to the memorial board to the victims of the terrorist act of 11 April 2011, there are lit candles.
People come and light them over and over again, Radio Svaboda reports.
If anyone leaves Uladzislau Kavaliou’s portrait, special police units are there to remove it immediately.
