The Supreme Court refuses to consider a complaint BCD

The Supreme Court of Belarus refused to consider the complaint of the organizing committee on creation of the "Belarusian Christian Democracy".

Thus, there has left no opportunity for the party’s registration in Belarus. The latter plans to apply to the Committee on Human Rights.

"Everything is clear, especially, the position of the regime in relation to the registration of the BCD, said the executive secretary of the BCD, Dennis Sadovski. - The Supreme Court has refused even to consider the violations of the law by the Justice Department while rejecting in registration."

"In this case we have no choice but to file a complaint to the Human Rights Committee of the UN. We have every reason for this," the politician said, adding that, unfortunately, there’s no independent judiciary in Belarus.

BCD has already tried to register in Belarus four times but in vain.
