Employees of Braslau district executive committee have to chip in for kolkhoz

Employees of the district executive committee were ordered to chip in 200,000 rubles.

A reader of charter97.org reports about mandatory aid to kolkhozes in the town Braslau.

“Interesting things began to happen after the appointment of the new committee chairman in Braslau. All locals know about it. The most popular topic in the town is what he did again and whom he fired.

All officers of the district executive committee of Braslau were ordered to bring 200,000 rubles to buy products of the local kolkhoz. The kolkhoz head came at 10 a.m. on April 9. They also said they would write down the names of those who buy products and warned against evasion. They said it would be done monthly to 'help the kolkhoz',” the reader says.

Another reader reports that other state-owned companies in the district can face the same siltation.

A charter97.org journalist called the district executive committee of Braslau, but a representative of the committee refused to put the call through to the chairman and offered to visit the office in person.
