Nyoman glass plant has 658% of average monthly production

Belarusian enterprises have a sharp increase of stock reserves.

State Control Committee of Hrodna region is interested in subordinate enterprises of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction. The press-service of the SCC (state control committee) informed charter97.org about increasing stock reserves, billions of debts and inefficient investments discussed at the meeting.

Stock reserves are excessive in relation to norms. At glass plant Nyoman they reached Br109.1 bln or 658.2% to average monthly production output. They tried to suppress the real situation: finished production in boxes with inspection stamp and production date totaled Br4.5 billion was considered semi-finished products.

An account receivable of enterprises, inter alia, overdue one is increasing. The glass plant failed to reduce external debt and bring the currency revenue amounted €5.5 million back to the country.

There are debts in fuel and energy resources as well. Overdue debt of OAO Krasnoselskstroimaterialy equaled Br113.1 billion and it is almost doubled in comparison to the beginning of the year. OAO Hrodna glass plant has an energy debt amounted Br79.9 billion, OAO glass plant Nyoman - Br132.1 billion.

The State Control Committee also paid attention to ineffective use of procured equipment, as well as to failure to meet date of expensive investment projects. The equipment at OAO Krasnoselskstroimaterialy No.7 (the Smorgonsilikatobeton branch) valued at Br5 billion has been rusting since 2012. Hrodna KSM branch No. 5 of the same enterprise failed to put in service the technological line of Br2,4 billion purchased in 1991. Equipment became obsolete and partially dismissed; the separate parts are stored outdoors.

The first part of implemented in 2012-2013 investment project "Organization of manufacturing of medical receptacles for blood and its components" became loss-making to OAO Hrodna Glass Plant. The project cost Br35.4 bln. In 2013 sale of medical receptacles brought Br1.9 bln. losses and since 2014 this part of project has been stopped.

Hrodna glass plant tried to suppress an excessive energy and gas use, overvaluing production costs by Br2.8 billion in 2013-2014. Biaroza glass plant had extra energy use by Br5.8 billion.

ZHBK OAO Grodnopromstroj overvalued commercial bars: planning standards of labor resources exceeded actual norms in 4 times. Besides, shortage of commercial bars, finished products and metal waste of 128.1 tons totaled Br659.7 million was revealed.

OAO Soyuzprommontazh overpriced the paid construction and mounting work at the budget expense by more than Br300 million. Undocumented surplus of scrap metals (65 tons) equaled Br43.3 million has also been found out.
