Case against Statkevich and Us to be heard in Leninski district court

A case against presidential candidates Mikalai Satkevich and Dzmitry Us has been sent to the Leninski district court of Minsk.

The trial date and a judge have not been appointed yet.

Svaboda got this information from Dzmitry US, who referred to a letter from the Minsk City Court.

Mikalai Statkevich and Dzmitry US are accused of organizing mass riot on December 19. The presidential candidates do not admit their guilt. “Some other activists are also involved in the case,” Us said.
