  • 22:29 Problems with access to site 7

Since 1.00 p.m. 14 October our visitors have faced the problems with the access to the Charter site. So far the normal access to the site is restricted. It is connected not only with the traffic filtering by Beltelekom, but with the sudden difficulties in our hosting provider work. Site server is working in normal mode, the load makes up no more than 40-50%. But the access is difficult for the users including those from abroad. It can be said with certainty there is no direct attack on the server. Perhaps, there are IT specialists among our site visitors who know the additional information or can trace the packet route and find the reason for data transfer delay. We would be grateful for your help. Please write your versions in comments or send them to charter97@gmail.com. We apologize for unstable site work.
